Sunny weather
The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for Tuesday, November 14, 2017:
NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions are to prevail over this region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 37℃and 15 – 24℃respectively.
CENTRAL STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions are expected to prevail over the region except for few cities like Abuja, Lokoja, Makurdi, Ilorin and Lafia where partly cloudy to sunny conditions are anticipated during the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 36℃and 17 – 22℃respectively, except over Jos where 27℃– 12℃day and night temperatures are expected.
SOUTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are anticipated over this region in the morning hours. There are prospect of localised thunderstorms over Benin, Warri, Umuahia and Owerri including coastal areas such as Ikom, Uyo, Calabar, Yenagoa, Port Harcourt, Ijebu-Ode and Lagos during the afternoon/evening hours. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 30 – 34℃and 20 – 24℃respectively.
