Chairman of the APC Governors Forum, Gov Uzodinma
The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Campaign Council for the Osun State governorship election has summoned members to a strategic meeting ahead of the poll.
The meeting, scheduled for Monday, August 3, 2026, will be held at the Kano State Governor’s Lodge, 30 Jose Marti Street, Asokoro, Abuja, from 3:00 p.m.
The invitation was contained in a notice signed by the council’s Chairman, Imo State Governor and Chairman of the APC Governors’ Forum, Senator Hope Uzodinma, and the Secretary, Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau I. Jibrin.
The meeting is expected to bring together members of the national campaign council to deliberate on preparations and strategies for the Osun governorship election.
The council’s composition underscores the importance the ruling party attaches to its campaign efforts in the state as it seeks to strengthen its position ahead of the election.
