The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has begun selling application forms for the 2026 Direct Entry programme.
In a post on its official X account, the board said registration “commenced today, Monday, 2nd March 2026 and will end by Saturday, 25th April 2026.”
JAMB stated that all stages of the process, including the purchase of e-PINs and application forms, can only be done at its accredited state and zonal offices nationwide.
Direct Entry enables candidates with qualifications such as a National Diploma, National Certificate in Education, Interim Joint Matriculation Board certificate, A-levels, or other approved equivalents to gain admission into the 200 level of university programmes without sitting for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
The exercise follows the close of the 2026 UTME registration, which ended on February 28. (TRIBUNE)
