Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, son of late Queen Elizabeth of England and younger brother of King Charles 3, has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office during his time as Unted Kingdom Trade Envoy between 2001 and 2003.
According to a CNN report, the former prince was arrested by Thames Valley Police in the morning of his 66th birthday at his temporary home in a private estate in Sandringham, England.
Information has it that the former prince who was stripped of all his titles by his elder brother, King Charles in October of 2025 amidst Epstein files revelation was arrested for disclosing confidential information, investment opportunities to late child sex offender, Jeffery Epstein.
News Express reports that following the mention of his name in the Epstein case, he was not only stripped of his titles but was also evicted from his royal home in Windsow by the king
The police however said the arrest is in relation to an ongoing investigation.
It also searched his houses in Norfolk and Berkshire.
Speaking on the arrest of his brother, King Charles said that he ready to assist the police on their investigation.
He added: "The law must take its course. Nobody is above the law."
