The Niger Delta Youth For Good Governance (NDYFGG), hailed Seidu Mohammed on his appointment as the new CEO of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Agency (NMDPRA), urging him to carry Niger Delta along.

The group also extended commended President Bola Tinubu for the strategic appointment.

The National President of the group, Comrade Lucky O. O Ukueku, in a statement issued on Thursday joined the family and well-wishers of Saidu in celebrating this achievement and appreciate Mr. President.

The group urged Saidu Mohammed to involved Niger Deltans in his new assignment, leveraging their expertise and contributions to the region's development.

Part of the statement read: "This well-deserved appointment is a testament to your vast experience and expertise in the energy sector.

"We commend President Bola A. Tinubu GCFR for this strategic appointment, reflecting a commitment to strengthening Nigeria's energy sector. We humbly urge consideration for the Niger Delta region in your office, Mr. Mohammed.

"The region's significance to Nigeria's oil industry makes it vital to have its interests represented at this level."

"The NDYFGG concludes by congratulating Saidu Mohammed and wishing him success in his new role,” the statement said.
