Woli Agba, comedian and actor
Comedian and actor, Woli Agba, has narrated a terrifying experience in which he narrowly escaped death after a car he was in went up in flames.
He explained that the incident happened on Saturday while he was heading to an event.
According to him, his car had earlier suffered a burst tire on the highway, forcing him to secure another vehicle to continue the journey.
Sharing the ordeal on Instagram, Agba wrote, “I can’t recover from this miracle. So I had an event on Saturday, after escaping the accident from the burst tyre while on the highway. I fortunately got another car that I took to the venue right at the spot of the accident.
“Arriving at the venue, I was changing my outfit in the car, not knowing that the fuel tank—filled up to half—had already caught fire.”
“This is my testimony, I can’t explain how and where the fuel passed so that the car did not explode while I was inside the car, even though there was physical fire that everyone was trying to put out after I alighted from the car and they discovered.
“They all thought it was a cable that was burning after they had used fire extinguishers to put off the fire, and the burning never stopped.
“While they abandoned the car expecting it to explode, another man, no one could describe, came with an industrial fire extinguisher, went to the car himself, quenched the fire all by himself, and left.
“The excitement of everyone did not make them know the man and ask who he was. I kept asking, and no one could recognize the face of the man till I left the venue.
“When God decides to save, even rules are suspended. Protocols are broken. Even Miracles become unbelievable for the knowledge of men.
“I just need to tell the whole world, if the case of Moses, bush burning is not believable, I experienced the one where petrol was burning on fire, and there was no explosion. Even if the case of the three Hebrews never seemed believable to some, I was sitting inside the fire that could have ended a Season of The Prophet with the oil of Gladness.
“To God alone be all the glory forever! Please, join me to say thank you to the giver of life.” (The Nation)
