Dream Team bow to Germany in Rio Olympics semi-final

Nigeria’s Under-23 football team, the Dream Team VI, on Wednesday night failed to advance to the finals of the 2016 Olympic Games holding in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The Samson Siasia-tutors lads bowed out after conceding two unreplied goals against Germany.

A goal in either half – in the early minutes and towards the end of the match, sealed Nigeria’s fate.

Germany will in the final meet Brazil, which pounded Honduras 6-0 in the first semi-final match.
