Governor of Ebonyi State, Francis Nwifuru, has dismissed two of his aides from office over act of gross misconduct.

They include Mr. Nnannna Nwangele – Special Assistant to the Governor on Airport Security and Mr. Felix Okemini Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Security (Ebonyi North).

This is contained in a statement issued on Tuesday by the Secretary to the state government, Professor Grace Umezurike and made available to journalists in Abakaliki.

Consequently, the officers should handover all government properties in their possession to the Secretary to Ebonyi State Government, not later than 4pm today March 18, 2025.

The officers should, henceforth not be seen anywhere around Government House or participate in any Government activity.
