For her philanthropy, social protection, economic empowerment, bilateral and multilateral diplomatic relationship, the Turkish Embassy in Nigeria has honoured Hajiya Aisha Ibrahim Idris, wife of the former Kogi governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris CON.

The ceremony and award/cocktail night held at the Turkish embassy on Friday witnessed dignitaries within and outside the shores of Nigeria.

Mrs Aisha Ibrahim Idris known for her diplomatic relationship and human emancipation was honored for her giant strides in that area.

An Industrialist, business tycoon and public spirited individual was recognized by the Turkish embassy out of many in that regard.

She thanked the embassy for singling her out for the honor, promising to continue with her initiatives.
