The Ogun State Security Network Agency, codenamed Amotekun, will be recruiting 700 additional personnel in its drive to enhance security across the State.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Corps Commandant, Brigadier General, Alade I. Adedigba (retd), that the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, approved the recruitment with the aim of strengthening the numerical strength and capacity of Amotekun.
The state called on interested applicants to apply free of charge through the following link:ogunstateamotekun.com.ng.
The application period will be open from 29thOctober to 18thNovember, 2024.
This initiative underscores the government?s commitment to enhancing security measures across Ogun State and ensuring the safety of all residents.
The Corps Commandant said, ?Following the application phase, a comprehensive screening exercise is scheduled to take place from 25thNovember to 11thDecember 2024. Prospective applicants are urged to prepare adequately and adhere to the guidelines provided during this process.
This recruitment drive represents a significant step forward in our ongoing efforts to bolster the capacity of the Amotekun Corps, enabling us to better serve and protect the citizens of Ogun State.
