Oyo State Government says its recent dissolution of boards, commissions and agencies does not affect the State Independent Electoral Commission (OYSIEC) and six other statutory ones.
Mr. Segun Ogunwuyi, Chief Press Secretary to Oyo State’s Gov. Seyi Makinde, disclosed this in a statement in Ibadan on Sunday.
He listed the rest six bodies to include Oyo State Judicial Service Commission, Oyo State Civil Service Commission and the Local Government Service Commission.
The others are: House of Assembly Commission, Oyo State Teaching Service Commission and Oyo State Audit Commission.
Ogunwuyi enjoined all Ministries, Departments and Agencies affected by the dissolution to ensure strict adherence to the provision of the circular. (NAN)
