President Muhammadu Buhari will commission the multi-billion naira Federal Housing Authority (FHA) housing project located at Zuba, in Abuja.
The Head, Public Affairs of the authority, Mr Kenneth Chigelu, disclosed that the commissioning ceremony will hold on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at the premises of the FHA Zuba Estate by 10 a.m.
According to Chigelu, the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, is the Chief Host of the occasion.
The construction of the estate commenced under the present administration, and has been completed and ready for inauguration.
It was completed and ready for commissioning by the current management under the leadership of Senator Gbenga B. Ashafa, Managing Director, Chief Executive of FHA.
The new estate sitting on larger land mass and consisting of single, dual and multiple rooms, is one of the many housing projects initiated by the current management under the leadership of Senator Gbenga B. Ashafa, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FHA.
It was gathered that the new Zuba Estate was constructed in line with the cardinal objectives of the present administration which include providing affordable housing for Nigerians.
