The umbrella body of support groups of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has placed a disclaimer on its former Director-General, Dr. Nasiru Ladan Mohammed, warning the general public against dealing with him on behalf of the Association.

The disclaimer was conveyed via a statement issued by AASG yesterday, Monday, March 27, 2023, signed by the National Secretary, Hon. Adeyemi Olusayo.

The statement reads: “It has come to our notice, that the former DG, Amalgamated APC Support Groups (AASG), Dr. Nasiru Ladan Mohammed, is still parading himself out there, as the DG, AASG, ostensibly with the intent to defraud members of the public. We are further informed that he and his cohorts, are calling for a meeting of all support groups under the AASG, on Thursday 30th March, 2023, in an unknown hotel.

“The management of Amalgamated APC Support Groups under the leadership of Engr. (Dr.) Kailani Mohammed, wish to state categorically, that Ladan Mohammed, remained sacked, and therefore, has no power whatsoever to call any meeting on behalf of AASG. We hereby urge our teaming support groups leaders and the general public, not to attend the meeting.

Anyone who attends any meeting called by the sacked Ladan and his disbanded team, does so at his or her own risk.”
