Arewa Trust Editor-in-Chief, Dr Sule Yau Sule

The management of Arewa Trust Newspaper, a Kano-based monthly tabloid published by SRA Media Group, has appointed Dr. Sule Ya’u Sule as its Editor-in-Chief.
This was disclosed in a recent statement signed by its Publisher/CEO S. R. Audu who assured the public of improved services as the new Editor “is expected to use his invaluable vast media experience in journalism and as an international scholar to give our readers, subscribers and the general public a good deal of responsible journalism.”
The statement partly reads: “In order to serve the public better and rejuvenate our services towards accomplishing our mission, the Management of Arewa Trust Newspaper has considered and approved the appointment of a tested and trusted hand as its Editor-in-Chief with immediate effect. He is Dr. Sule Ya'u Sule, a holder of PhD in Mass Communications.
“Our new Editor- in- Chief is expected to use his invaluable vast media experience in journalism and as an international scholar to give our readers, subscribers and the general public a good deal of responsible journalism.
“With the appointment of Dr. Sule Ya'u Sule, as Arewa Trust Editor- in- Chief, our news outlet will be wearing a new look shortly.
Audu further assured that amidst the nation’s ethnic diversity, Arewa Trust Newspaper is committed to national unity and peaceful coexistence hence will only accept factual news.
“Our Newspaper is committed to the promotion of national unity and peaceful coexistence among the diverse ethnic groups in the country. To achieve this aim, the AREWA TRUST does not tolerate any form of fake news as only factual news and opinion are accepted in the medium.
