The sit-at-home order of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is waning down in Imo State as vehicular movements were observed within the state capital on Monday.
The Nation correspondent, who monitored the situation in Owerri capital city, reports that commercial vehicles were conveying committees to various destinations.
A sizable number of shops and markets opened for business unlike in the past when people were apprehensive.
However, most banks opened for skeletal services while others closed shops as almost all the banks stocked their ATMs for easier transactions. (The Nation)
