Martin Luther Agwai International Leadership and Peace Keeping Center, Jaji, Kaduna, has received donation of medical kits from Zamani Foundation, a registered Non-Governmental Organization based in Kaduna.

The President of the Foundation, Ambassador Talatu Zamani, while presenting the kits to the Commandant, said the peacekeeping centre is one of the foundation's dependable partners in line with Goal 17 of Sustainable Development Goal.

“Zamani Foundation is a nationally registered non-profit organization with the mandate to advocate for peace and development for the less privileged in the society.

“Martin Luther Agwai International Leadership and Peace Keeping Center happens to be one of our dependable and reliable partners. We are therefore donating to the medical center, this medical supplies containing 5,760 kits.

“We will continue to render our support to achieve the peacekeeping mission’s mandate whenever we can,” Mrs Zamani added.

The Commandant of the Peacekeeping Centre, Major General Auwal Jibril Fagge, in company of the Deputy Commandant and other Senior Officers and the Medical Director, while receiving the donation, assured that the it would be put to good use not only to the center, but to humanity in general.

He expressed appreciation to the foundation for their continuous and credible partnership and looked forward to more collaboration.

“We thank the foundation for all they have been doing and I pray that our partnership will continue to blossom, blossom to greater height as we all match forward in search of peace for our societies and for humanity as well,” the commandant said.
