Late Felicia Wabara
Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has commiserated with the former President of the Nigerian Senate, Sen. Adolphus Wabara on the unfortunate passing of the beloved wife, Mrs. Felicia Wabara.
Mrs. Wabara reportedly died in the early hours of Sunday, April 10, 2022 after a protracted illness, aged of 69.
In a statement by the Chief Press Secretary and Media Adviser to the Governor, Oguwike Nwachuku, Governor Uzodimma said he shares in the pains of Sen. Wabara because of the strong affinity he had with the departed beloved wife.
The Governor regretted that Mrs. Wabara's passing has suddenly thrown the immediate and extended family members, those of her friends and associates into unexpected mourning, and implored Sen. Wabara, his children and other family members, to be strong in their faith and believe that God will take control of whatever challenge they are passing through now.
While also commiserating with the government and people of Abia State, Governor Uzodimma assured that his family, the government and people of Imo State will continue to remember Mrs. Wabara and those she has left behind to mourn her in their prayers.
Governor Uzodimma also specifically prayed God to grant Sen. Wabara the strength, courage and fortitude to bear the pains the exit of the beloved better half has brought upon him and his family.
