Biafra Nations League (BnL) has raised the alarm amid security threats in Bakassi Peninsula, operational base of the group, the Nigeria security operatives is said to be going house to house in search of whereabouts of the National Leader of BnL, Princewill Richards, and other senior officials of BnL, who for some days, hosted Ambazonia fighters in the Peninsula, Chairman of the Senior Officials of BnL, Mr Godstime Ntukidem, said that a team of Policemen and soldiers have been moving around Ikang, and Ekpri Ikang in Bakassi LGA of Cross River State, entering different guest house in the area and harassing the management, suspecting that the leaders of the group were lodged there.

Mr Ntukidem disclosed that the BnL leadership took their meeting with Southern Cameroon separatists to a neighboring country in the Gulf of Guinea for consultation, and that the activities of the security operatives in Ikang were an exercise in futility.

The committee Chairman noted that the BnL leadership was not afraid and would not be made to succumb.

Rather, he insisted that it would not mislead its members from foreign land, adding that the group was fighting a just cause without terrorising communities and natives of areas of their influence.

He insisted that BnL have prepared its self defensc volunteers to ensure that oil exploration were shut down within week.
