Actor and movie producer, Obumneme Odonwodo, best known as Junior Pope (Jnr Pope), has done the unthinkable.

The actor known for his role as Professor Johnbull’s son in the popular NTA sitcom of the same name, was two on Thursday engaged in an open physical combat on a street in Asaba, capital of Delta State.

A viral video shows the 37 years old Cameroon-born Accounting graduate from the University of Nigeria Nsukka who hails from Enugu State jumping out from his vehicle, engages the driver of another car in a fierce fight in broad daylight.

As the fight continues, the husband of Jennifer Awele Okpuno and father of three (two boys and a girl) dashed to the boot of his car, brought out an iron rod, ran back and completely destroyed the windscreen of his opponent.

The fight caused a serious traffic jam on the busy road.

Fans who recognised him expressed utter surprise seeing their idol exchanging blows on the street.

A female fan could be heard in the video shouting on top of her voice:

“Is this not Jnr Pope? See Jnr Pope fighting on the street o! Celebrity dey fight? Jnr Pope, celebrity no dey fight o! Shame!”
