Fast rising Nigerian singer and the newest face in the indigenous rap scene, Habeeb Okikiola, known professionally as Portable Omolalomi, has already taken up money spraying at parties as a hobby.

The 27 years old Abeokuta, Ogun State-born artiste who is said to have stumbled on fame by chance, was seen in a viral video on the social media on Monday spraying money on ladies dancing at a party.

Someone made a comment about the video in Pidgin English: “Thank God say video evidence dey. So when money finish, e no go dey wonder how e take spend am. You go use the video and picture hold body”.

Although he had been doing music for quite a while at the local level, Portable Omolalomi however made it to fame after popular Nigerian dancer, Poco Lee, introduced him to top flight music act and YBNL record label boss, Olamide.

Portable struck gold recently when he teamed up with Poco Lee and Olamide on the hit single, Zazoo Zeh.

The song, which is topping the table of several music charts in the country, has propelled Portable into the limelight and made him liked by lovers of indigenous rap in the country.

While many say Portable’s rise to fame is by God's grace, the singer almost lost the opportunity after he took to the social media last week to call out Poco Lee.

In a video he shared via his social media timeline, Portable claimed Poco Lee stole his song and also gave him $600 out $3,000 given to him by Wizkid.

The video went viral as many slammed Portable while others slammed Poco Lee.

Along the line, popular show promoter Kogbagidi sent out Portable from his hotel room, and it took the likes of Olamide, among other singers who apologised on his behalf, to get the promoter to forgive him.

Portable later apologised to Poco Lee and Kogbagidi for the video he did and from all indications, so far, they are back together.
