A-list Nollywood actress and former model turned workout specialist, Kate Henshaw has said she is not in the habit of making New Year Resolutions, just as the year is fast approaching the end.

The 50 years old Cross River State-born mother of one and estranged wife of Roderick James Nuttal, a Briton, wrote in a post on the social media:

“We don’t need New Year resolutions because we stay the course regardless.”

Rather than make New Year resolutions, year in year out, the actress whose first appearance in a Nollywood movie was in “When The Sun Sets” produced by Hints magazine in 1994, said she has cultivated some watch words to live by, which are: consistency, endurance, strength, discipline, determination and dedication.
