Grammy Awards winner, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, professionally known as Burna Boy, and Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, have dropped a music banger for music lovers to rock the Yuletide.

The duo fondly called African Giant and Starboy respectively, have teamed up to release a new track titled “B. D'OR.”

The fun in the latest work is the use of “Penkelemesi” — the Yorubanisation of the phrase “peculiar mess”, coined by Adegoke Adelabu, a prominent Nigerian politician in the ’50s — in conjunction with “Oh, Lord of mercy” and “Dey call me Messi”.

“Penkelemesi” hit the airwaves on Wednesday as announced by the Port Harcourt Boy via a video clip posted on his Instagram page.

Ballon D’Or, a musical fireworks by Burna Boy featuring Wizkid is not their first collabo.

Most notably is Wizkid’s hit single “Ginger” back in January. More recently, they co-headlined Sacramento’s “Lost In Riddim” festival in October. And now it is “B. D’OR” alias “Penkelemesi” for this Yuletide.
