Three top politicians and public officers have bagged a mockery “EndSARS Awards”.

The awards recepients are Kogi State governor, Yahaya Adoza Bello, Minister of Information and Culture Lai Mohammed, and Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State.

Organised by “EndSARS Citizens Judment Panel”, the mockery awards event is contained in a viral video on the social media.

The youthful organisers wearing customised T-shirts are seen dancing to choruses played by trumpeters and drumers into the awards arena.

“Today is a special day of celebration. It is the EndSARS Citizens Judment Panel awards for our useless politicians. Let's clap for them!", announced the spokesperson of the awards panel.

“We’ve decided to award you according to your performance, public display and based entirely on what we the masses feel about you. Of course there’s nothing you can do to us,” she further said.

The awards categories and winners are:

The most embarrassing youthful governor of the year – Yaya Bello

(For not paying workers salaries).

The award certificate comes with 24 strokes of the cane.

The certificate will be delivered to Yaya Bello by Senator Dino Melaye.

The most useless politician of the year 2020/21 – Lai Mohammed.

(Awarded for his lying dexterity).

The most dollarised/corrupt governor of the century –Abdullahi Ganduje
