Former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant in Kogi State, Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim Idris, has denied ownership of some Facebook accounts which he said are being used by fraudsters to dupe unsuspecting public and peddle fake news.

He said over the weekend that the five accounts are Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim, Abu Ibro Support Network, Abubakar Ibrahim, Abu Ibro and Abubakar Ibrahim Idris.

Abubakar Ibrahim said there is no correlation between both his political and business affiliation and activities “with the creators of the fake and fictitious accounts”.

The PDP stalwart urged the general public to disregard operators and requests from the operators of the fake accounts.
