FCT Minister of State, Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu

Inhabitants and residents of Martei Dei, Almohass, Living Stone Schools to Old Kutunku axis in Gwagwalada area Council of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have praised the efforts of Minister of State, Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, on the ongoing grading and asphalt overlay of its road, saying that it is the best thing that is happening to the area.
The residents, numbering over 50, said the new road will attract other development strides of the FCT to get to the people of the area.
The spokesman of the area who is also a resident, Muhammad Yusuf, opined that the ongoing works on the road was an indication that the current FCT administration listened to them.
He appealed to the contractor to cooperate with the residents so as to enable it carry out the job on the new road according to job specifications.
The road, he said, will attract more infrastructural developments apart from going to serve as alternative route to the ever busy FRCN junction to old Kutunku and its adjoining locations.
Muhammad commended the efforts of the FCT administration to opening up of roads in Gwagwalada and other area Councils of the nation’s capital.
