Jackson Udom, new CPS to Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Akpabio
Mr Jackson Udom, a seasoned journalist and publisher of the online daily news medium, PeesReporters.com, has been appointed the new Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator (Dr) Godswill Obot Akpabio.
A statement on Monday, by the Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Minister, Sir Etekamba Umoren, said that the appointment takes effect from today, June 8, 2021.
A former political editor of theNigerian Tribune, Udom is also the proprietor of the high-soaring Pees Fun Plaza, a hotel resort located at Awotan, Apete, Ibadan, Oyo State.
He was with theNigerian Tribunefrom 1999 to 2011 when he left to take up his first appointment as a media aide to Senator Akpabio, who was then the governor of Akwa Ibom state.
