A total of 124,552 Deltans attended the series of crusades organised by Pastor Williams Foluronsho Kumuyi, General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry, across eight cities in the three senatorial districts of Delta State.

The crusade, which began in Asaba, the Delta State capital, on Tuesday, June 9, ran through Ogwashi Uku, Agbor, Kwale, Sapele, Bomadi, Ughelli and Abraka, the university town of the state.

While Asaba recorded 37,648 participants drawn from Oshimili North and South, Ogwashi Uku recorded 7,000 participants from Aniocha North and South, Agbor recorded 28,000 from Ika South and Ika North East, Ndokwa recorded 4,845 from Ndokwa West and East and Sapele recorded 24,038 from Sapele and Ethiope West Local Government Areas.

Bomadi recorded 5,398; Ughelli, 17,623 while figures from Abraka were yet to be received as at the time of filing the report.

In all the centres where the crusade held, there was a basketful harvest of miracles trailing the people’s reception of the teachings and ministrations of the revered man of God.

In the eight cities, over 145 spectacular miracles were received by the participants who thronged all the centres in anticipation of the touch of God to meet the various needs of their lives.

The specific miracles include disappearance of fibroid, rheumatism, cancer of the breast, appendicitis, abnormal growth in parts of the body, inherited hernia of over 50 years, glaucoma, cataract, partial stroke, cripples dropped their clutches, paralysis, asthma, arthritis, ulcer among others which are too numerous to mention.

In all the communities visited, Kumuyi was received with loud ovation as he stepped into the soil of the communities. The people shouted on sighting Kumuyi as he stepped out to begin ministrations.

Traditional rulers, Pastors and Reverends of other Christian organizations participated in the life transformation crusades.

Specifically, the Ovie of Abraka, the Obi of Aku Kwu Igbo and leaders of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), stormed the crusade in their full regalia to listen to the teachings of Kumuyi.

In all his teachings across the state, Kumuyi admonished Christians to dedicate their lives to the service of God, assuring that no service rendered to God will ever go unrewarded.
