Group challenges Okowa to break new grounds, fulfil campaign promises

A group under the aegis of Centre for Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ) has called on Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, to break new grounds in the state and fulfil all campaign promises to the people of Delta State.

In a statement signed by the Coordinator, Comrade Sheriff Mulade and made available to journalist in Warri, the group congratulated the new governor and his Deputy, Barrister Kingsley Ortuaro on their assumption of administration of Delta State.

Comrade Mulade said his group was fully convinced of the ability of Okowa and Otuaro to deliver and take the state beyond where it is now, saying Okowa’s administration would consolidate on the gains and achievements of the former Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan.
