French giant Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has offered a $137,662,500 bid for Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo, Spanish newspaper Marca reported.
The Portuguese goal poacher is currently the FIFA Footballer of the Year.
“Ronaldo isn’t getting any younger, and it makes sense that Real would be completely open to letting him go right now from a value depreciation standpoint,” the report said.
It however added: “Nevertheless, Ronaldo would have to blatantly demand an exit to have this situation become a reality, ignoring a possible future status as the best Real Madrid player of all-time, and PSG would have to increase his salary substantially. With the current Financial Fair Play restrictions in place, this one seems unlikely.”
