It has been all rosy for 26 years old Lagos State-born singer, rapper, songwriter and entertainer, Olamilekan Agbeleshie professionally known as Laycon.

On September 27, 2020 he emerged winner of Big Brother Nigeria season 5 tagged Lockdown edition.

With this feat, Laycon carted away a whopping sum of Eighty Five Million Naira (N85m).

This followed a controversial donation of a House and cash of N5million from Ogun State government as well as other multiple cash donated by various donors.

As if that was not enough, Laycon who before BBNaija, was only known for his single “Fierce”, which features a vocal from Reminisce and Chinko Ekun, was appointed Ambassador to OPPO Nigeria.

It didn’t stop there. The latest fortune of the Philosophy graduate from the University of Lagos is a goldmine.

On Thursday, his extended play (EP) hip hop album titled “Who is Laycon” featuring Deshinor garnered over 10 million streams, a rare feat for artistes to achieve.
