The long awaited musical album of Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has finally hit the airwaves.

The 14-tracker titled “Made in Lagos” dropped at exactly 11pm yesterday, Thursday, October 28, 2020.

It will be recalled that the 30-year-old Lagos State-born dancehall and hip hop crooner had kept his teeming fans in suspense as he continually postponed the release date of the album.

The first release date was announced as July. Nothing happened. The release was again fixed for October 15, but again nothing happened as a result of the #EndSARS protests which rocked the nation for 12 days.

Little wonder fans of the father of three sons – Bolu, Zion and Ayodeji – from different mothers, were in doubt if the third announced date for the release of the much talked about album would be honoured.

At last, it happened Thursday night to the delight of music lovers around the world.
