NUJ Assistant National Secretary Midat Joseph

Kaduna State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has commended the National Secretariat of union under the leadership of President Chris Isiguzo for appointing its member Mr. Midat Joseph, as the Assistant National Secretary.
A statement on Monday by Shindong Bala, Assistant Secretary of the State Council, described the appointment as well deserved considering Midat’s track record of professionalism and commitment to the union.
“Midat Joseph has been a force to reckon with in whatever decision in the council and we believe he will positively contribute to National Secretariat and the union in general to maintain its greater heights nationally,” the statement added.
Also, chairman of the Correspondents Chapel, Comrade Asmau Halilu Yawo, while congratulating Midat for the new appointment, hailed the national leadership not only for appointing a member from Kaduna council but also her predecessors from the correspondents chapel.
Midat was the immediate past chairman Bureau Chief of Nigerian Pilot and the Leadership Newspapers and presently the Publisher of Kakaki Reporters, an online medium.
