Elections: Two killed in Osun

Despite the acclaimed peaceful conduct of yesterday’s Presidential and National Assembly elections in Osun State, two persons were killed.

One Yomi Ademola was killed in his house in Ikirun by gunmen just as another unidentified man also lost his life at Olomu village, a town in Ife South local government council when some thugs invaded the place.

Two houses and cars were also said to have been damaged by the hoodlums before security operatives were able to restore normalcy.

Efforts to confirm the incidents were unsuccessful as police pleaded for time.
