Norwich City have been relegated from the Premier League after being thrashed by West Ham at Carrow Road on Saturday.

The Canaries were promoted as title winners from the Championship last season but will be returning to the second tier after a single campaign in the top flight.

Going into their game against the Hammers, Daniel Farke’s side knew that only a win would guarantee their faint hopes of survival were kept alive, with a draw likely to condemn them if results went against them elsewhere.
