I am not sure that this is the right part. These heliports, helipads and helidecks are privately owned and licenses by NCAA. The owners pay money to NCAA to license these landing pads, so why do you want to charge them landing fees again. It doesn’t make any sense. You can increase their license fees if you want to generate revenues but don’t charge landing fees on private airstrips, heliports, helipads and helidecks..

Timely investigation and adequate sanctions not excluding prosecution will be a deterrent to others.

Federal Universities can do better if government is serious about funding. Our private universities too, especially those established by religious bodies, should work more in all areas as funding is not a serious problem since they already charge so much for their services and tuition.
