I noticed it when I got home because I used a keg to buy the fuel. The attendant will use the canopy to cover the dispenser price and litre reader from ur view and do their dubious act. And if u want to avoid being cheated upon, do not tell the fuel attendant you want to buy in accurate price, but rather, go for litre purchase, that way, u might not fall victim and again, always look at the dispenser as they discharge the product to u. God bless Nigeria for us all.

I heard someone say don't blame govt and who else should we blame. Doesn't the govt have agencies to crack such act and punish stations that are engaging in such act. The unfortunate thing is that the same govt agencies collect bribes and even govt own NNPC stations are also doing same.

Meaning they adjust the fuel pump to dispense lesser than what is being paid for and he also gave an instance where you pay for 30litres but 20litres got dispensed, shorting you about 10 litres of fuel..
