Actress Regina Daniels has faced backlash on social media after she shared a congratulatory message to Iyabo Ojo?s daughter, Priscilla and Juma Jux on Instagram.

The actress and wife of Senator Ned Nwoko praised the bride in a heartfelt post, writing: ?Congratulations gorgeous Priscy! You make an absolutely stunning bride. Wishing you a lifetime of love, laughter and endless happiness as you start this beautiful chapter. May your home remain blessed and protected. Sending lots of love.?

While some fans appreciated the sentiment, the post sparked mixed reactions online.

In the comment section, critics accused Daniels of hypocrisy and expressed regret over her decision to marry an older man.

One user, @PrincessPetra2022, wrote: ?This could have been you! Your wedding to a young man, and I?m sure he?s rich enough to shut down even more than this one.?

Another user @Purenextprinting added, ?How do you feel Regina! Seeing your mate marrying a young guy still successful??

Another user with the handle @Ogwu194 said, ?She married a young and rich man, endurance matters in life, congratulations to her.?

In a bid to calm the situation, @Hadasa8006 advised Daniels to ignore the negative comments, saying, ?Dear Regina, don?t read comments thank you.? (The Nation)
