Welfare Boards and Private Tour Operators, conducted rigorous inspections and consultations with service providers in Makkah and Madinah. These engagements focused on ensuring the highest standards in catering, accommodation, and transportation services. The delegation sought to Address key concerns, such as the adequacy of toilet facilities in Mina, cultural sensitivity in meal preparation, and the comfort of pilgrims during movements between holy sites.

Through these discussions, NAHCON has emphasized its commitment to selecting only service providers with proven capacity and experience, particularly in serving African pilgrims. This proactive approach has set a benchmark for quality and accountability in Hajj operations.
