Mobile phones can be dangerous and cause serious health issues. Sleeping next to your mobile phone can affect you mentally and physically. Before going to bed, you should keep your phone away and avoid anything that could trigger negative emotions.

Here are the dangers of sleeping next to the phone:

1. Phone radiation can be harmful

Signal transmission from all phones is made possible through radiation. Keeping your phone next to you before falling asleep or during sleep for a long time can cause muscular pains, headaches, and other health issues such as rashes, cell damage, and tumors. You realize that when you use your phone for a long time, it gets hot, and using it to make a call at that particular time can also affect your body tissue.

2. Affect your sleep cycle

Using your phone close to bedtime won?t make you relaxed because all you?ve watched until that moment will still be fresh in your mind. Also, if you place your mobile phone beside you, you can be tempted to keep checking it. All these aforementioned actions won?t make you sleep on time as you should. Definitely, your sleep cycle will change; it will become imbalanced.

3. Affect your emotions

You don?t need negative thoughts or feelings before sleeping. That?s why you have to keep away your mobile phone when it is time to sleep. But if you engage in terrible content or something like an attack on your personality, you will become anxious, upset, and stressed. Viewing negativity would definitely mar your mood and lead to unsound sleep.

4. It can burn you

Sleeping beside your plugged phone can cause harm. Too much heat and high voltage can cause phone explosions that could lead to physical damage or burns. If you like placing your mobile phone under the pillow, stop because it can hurt you.

5. Damage the brain

Too much radiation exposure can affect your blood-brain barrier or even cause albumin leakage in the brain. The wireless airwaves from the phone can increase the blood glucose of the brain. (Nigerian Tribune)
