Olumba Olumba Obu has claimed credit for the emergence of retired General Muhammadu Buhari as President, declaring that the Nigerian leader and the entire Nigerians must embrace him as the sole spiritual head of the universe for the ultimate salvation and solutions of the country’s problems. David Irefin, a Professor, Bishop and International President of Olumba Olumba’s church, The Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, made the declaration during a press conference on Wednesday at NUJ Kaduna Secretariat.

He claimed that “Olumba Olumba Obu is the manifest comforter by the Lord Jesus Christ who appeared in human form in the African continent as testified in the Bible chapter Matthew 6 verse 9-13.”

Irefin said Olumba Olumba Obu is a person who millions of people see and hear everywhere distinctly, which has made many people to conclude that he is not an ordinary man.

“Olumba Olumba is a person since creation of the world that possessed all the qualities and virtues of the Holy Spirit. He is therefore God in human form,” he said.

The Bishop said their Olumba Olumba Obu had made many prophesies in the past which had direct connection to the continued survival of Nigeria.

According to him, “It was he who ended the Nigerian civil war during the Yakubu Gowon era. He made Goodluck Jonathan president. He even made President Buhari president two years before 2015. He gave Barack Obama leadership of the United States of America. He destroyed the Soviet Union when they disallowed Christian religion to be practised, and many more.”

Irehin also asserted that Olumba Olumba Obu has given Love as a new world order, by which all nations, institutions ought to change their constitutions with love, of which failure to do that, is what is responsible for the on-going confusion, wars, bloodshed and corruptions that engulfed the world.

He said it is “a general call to all nations, Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, animists to repent, confess their sins and embrace peace and love under the doctrines of Olumba Olumba Obu who is God in human form, as the only salvation for this world to be a better place to live.”

Irehin further claimed that the solution and survival of Nigeria and all other nations depend on the ability of the Buhari government and all other people in the country to listen to Leader Olumba Olumba Obu and put his teachings into practice as the only way of salvation to all mankind.

Addressed jointly with the International Coordinator of Association of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, Christ Ambassador Abdul Mamman, the movement said the reason why people don’t recognise Olumba Olumba Obu as God is because they are not baptised properly; they are indulging in sins, of lying, envy, illicit sex, cheating and all other forms of crimes prohibited by God.

The press briefing is part of the weeklong activities of the Association f Academics Scholars ABAS International, which is religious movement under the umbrella of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star of the Olumba Olumba Onu as spiritual head. The event ends with a peaceful march/procession on Saturday.
