Yet no men and women wants to obey rules to save lives what a people deaths does not touch our hearts?young nigerians die because of mistakes of elders men and women due to not obeying rules and laws.if all passengers were putting on life jackets they would have been saved. It is a pity for us. We make laws but no force and actions taken.
