A spilled milk can't be recouped. I believe the damage is done and can't be remedied because the university is a body that has procedures and rules. Well, it's good thy both forgive themselves because of their public image, as it concerns the girl more. However, I just learnt the difference between expulsion and rustication with the latter having more damaging consequences.

Unless she has sexually harrassed the priest, which is not also a very tenable excuse to beat up a woman....there must be something worth more than the eye can see, priest should not revere themselves higher than God, sometimes, the followers give the leaders the despotic power they exhibit through their subservience attitude....why would a priest turn himself to pastor king. Catholics priest don't misbehave, this one has to be scrutinised properly.

She should go to police and make a formal report then, immediately the priest appears at the police station she should plead with the police to invite othe teachers present and thereafter she should sue both the church and the priest so that the case go sweet.

This is outrageous, we also need to know the woman’s offense. It shouldn’t be because of salary increment! Then do their priests have the right to beat them in that place. I’m shocked. Nothing we will not see or hear in Naija. God bless Nigeria!

Yes indeed. Nigeria has lost a truly remarkable man. A fearless impartial icon. He spoke truth to power. Fought all his life for the good of Nigeria. Survived numerous attacks. May his illustrious soul rest in peace. May God console his family.

I totally agree with you Tambuwal. It must be borne out of wooing and lobbying. Therefore it's all about personal gains not in the interest of Nigeria moving forward.

People should call issues it's real name. Any assertion of creating sharia law by any guise is a treasonable offense as it is calling for the outright division of Nigeria. The existing states practicing sharia law has already called for cessession from Nigeria.

Let's be fair on mtn, sms fee for instance has been 4 naira since inception. Cost of diesel, staff salaries, all overhead has increased. Our govt is unable to provide stable electricity to power thier equipments, they have to rely on generators. This price review is long due.

Islam doesn’t belong to the Sultan, what has been the tradition? If you sight the moon you call and Ramadan commences. This is really immature and this is how they bring about disunity. There are even people that insist they must sight the moon themselves before they commence. Each is at liberty to do whatever pleases them but don’t mislead people for each will answer to Allah whatever deeds they do on earth.
