From all indications there is a heavy presence of terror sympathizers in the armed forces. This explains why the army doesn't receive reinforcement or adequate equipment and weapons to fight the terrorists. The so called Repentant Terrorists and reintegration exercise is a calculated decision and design to infiltrate the system with terrorists for a take over of the nation.
