Must all companies operating in Nigeria have unionised labour force? I will be very surprised if that is the case. But if you are employed by an International Company that for reasons best know it does not want its staff to join organised labour; why should such staff go and join? If that is allowed, then the company begins to lose control. Whatever is the case, we hope that wise counsel would prevail and industrial action is avoided. Shalom.
