Seriously? There are more cases in America and Europe. The number of dead bodies in Africa are nothing compared to the dead bodies we Africans see on the news in these countries. This is a big deal. I live in Ewupe community in Sango Otta and for three days now, no one could sleep at night. Men had to come outside from each house and secure their families and homes. Burning tyres every night. The smoky fumes entering houses and causing it's own silent diseases and affecting the environmental and climatic conditions too. The security systems of the nation should be checked. The best of security and healthcare are only enjoyed by the politicians and the elites. Because they are not affected, so they are not moved by the outcry.... they only do the little they can do and that's all. If not because of Covid-19, the federal government would still not check the healthcare systems until now. They felt the heat themselves as they could not fly out to go take care of themselves. So many things that we know... so many things that the ordinary citizens can't talk about; either because they've talked before and nothing still changed or because they are afraid of being silenced. We just have to find a way to help ourselves, the Nigerian government are self-centered and only do a few things in which they also can benefit or use to make propaganda for their re-election. Nigerians are watching the drama... one day, someday... things will surely turn around. Let them enjoy it while it lasts.. there's nothing anyone could do at the moment. America's population is far more than that of Nigeria, yet the Police-Citizen ratio is very good enough; before any alarm rises, there is already a nearby police team responding immediately. Here, we called police during an attack of the hoodlums and they said they do not have vehicles to come out. Later, they will come out the next day, arresting innocent people and asking their relatives to come bail them out with money. everyone is just extorting and there's still nothing anyone can do about it, because the money also reaches their superiors and everyone is just looking for alternatives for survival all in the name of greed and lack of Government funding. The government system just takes us for a fool, we know a lot but we just can't still do anything about it. Those that are willing to act positively are silenced; those that have a good will to deliver in the government are not allowed to get there, while those that are allowed were changed at the moment they get into power, because of contaminants and contamination which seem to be the order in the system. You have to 'deliver' to your sponsors. Trump give no damn to anyone because he refused to be sponsored by the cruel and greedy. Who is the Nigerian that is capable enough for this? Meanwhile, many foolish Nigerians will still allowed them to be fooled the more by the sweet words the politicians will come and say, and the ephemeral stipend they will collect and consume within a few days. Like I said earlier, let's keep watching the dramas... Season films are long, but they still end.
