Hmm , letting murderers escape is reckless. They should have been shot dead on capture. Next time don't spare any killer.

I can see financial implications here, that should not be the reason because Nigeria have more than enough but misappropriation is the cause of that implications, again , they should be promoted if they are due and deserve it ,if not we can not expect optimum performance from and officers with dampened spirit, beside , most of the hierarchy of police are getting their promotion when they are due for it without talking about financial implications.
