Great one, I comment the writer let's encourage our own talent and opportunities.

It is very sad to note of this shoddy development. My sympathy goes to the immediate families of the victims and those they touched their lives. However, the porous surface of it all is that soldiers will not wait to investigate to unravel the matter or allow police in whose custody it is to look into such matter. They will let Oyigbo, Odi, Orlu's, etc experience loose in that area, yet we are in a democracy.

President Tnubu should rethink the dangerous path he wants to go. He should remember that the US predicted Nigeria's disintegration some times ago and the French supported Biafra to secede from Nigeria. They are our known enemies.

He is only going to Niger to kill our innocent people for his personal ambition to preserve his power and not for Nigerians. These Western powers will only use and dump him after achieving their own interest . Be warn and listen to the voice of the people or regret your action. Nigerians are wallowing in hunger and frustration since you assume power. Watch out too Mr President Tinubu

Agala is not in Ibadan South East local government, it is located in Ibadan North local government.

US has no weight in Africa. Where are they and Nigeria is in a devastating condition? Niger is not under US and therefore, they can manage their internal affairs without interference of any nations be you developing or developed.

Way to go. Kogi deserves the best and shall be delivered, by God's grace. Kudos to the Ag. National Chairman, our Governor in waiting and other Stakeholders.

Does a criminal fight for legality? On what legal basis do you go there to fight? Are you recognized, do you create wealth? How have you settled your own challenges? You are a talkative.

The man has been drinking too much ogogoro

This is a very welcome idea. There will be sanity within the MDAs and it will as well remove all beurocratic bottlenecks within the polity. We pray they allow it work.

Absolutely right 👍 I am 100% in support of this new policy.

Absolutely right 👍 I am 100% in support of this new policy.

This will make a huge impact if there is a genuine intentions on the policy, because most of the MDAs actually were not remitting and or were compromising the collection. Above all, each of the Agencies and Departments are headed by cronies of Politicians. My worry is that there will be a paradigm shift in the struggle to be part of the authorised organisation (FIRS) will now become the order of the day. And what is more, there is actually nothing to collect revenue on in the absence of the requisite productivity

the pensioners have the right to question government for their entitlement, but I wonder where this unions were, during Governor Samuel Ortom regin.

my father's is also a Benue state pensioners!

Accomodation next to food is the most important need of the citizen of any nation. A nation that cannot feed and provide accomodation for its citizen has failed. What happened to the social welfare policy that UK is noted for? I used to be very proud of Uk for its social welfare programme that include provision of housing for the less priviledged. Whatever it takes the govt must do something urgent to remove her people out of the street.

I for wish Ishaku Agbo for be a police commission

When the election was conducted, the south east refused to go for national consensus rather they embraced their regional interest.

That's why they got what they deserve.

Thank God they were alloted 5 slots.

These Igbo leaders are bunch of betrayals, imagine Ayim Pius Ayim,it’s a very big shame, wow to you

I was still in secondary school when at the school's library I sighed a copy of Sunday Concord Newspaper. Flipping through the pages, an article, "Murder By Pen" by Ray Ekpu caught my attention. I remember reading the same article a few times that same day before hiding it in an obscure corner of the library. On any other day of my subsequent visits to the library I would always pick it up, read the article again before attending to other books. The construction of the grammar in the write up was actually what sustained my attention to it.

When eventually Newswatch Magazine appeared on the news stands and having sighted the name Ray Ekpu as one of the editors I made sure I booked a copy ahead of time every week. They are still available in my house and I use them for references in my writings. The sad story of Newswatch should better be forgotten.

Happy birthday, ray Ray. Many happy returns.

Yeah definitely this is sad news

How does all these strategies listed against Niger republic help Nigerians? Are these to ameliorate the suffering of Nigerians? Do we have enough of what it takes to go to war against an independent nation? Are we directly afraid so that what happened in there may not happen in Nigeria because we are not better of than Niger. You fight and win when you have fed properly. Have we defeated our internal insurgency? What was in the minds of the four countries that absented from the ECOWAS meeting held in Abuja recently out of fifteen countries? A general is a general. Do you know anything about the then and present Libya?

Going to war with Niger republic will be a big mistake Nigeria should not get involved

What is president Tinubu's over interest in going to war against Niger republic without resort to peace making?

Pls let work together to make great again we don't have any other country we called our the labour and government used have sincerelity .

So sad....now what will d management gain from this painful loss... people have be complaining no response...

CSOs irrespective of the geo_political locations, is not an affiliate to NLC and has no force to command on NLC protest or strike. You have the right to step down quitely and watch.

Nigerians are very much interested on this case and watching over it to ensure that justice prevails.

He should make sure that army play their own

He should make sure that army pay their own too

Primitive people. Little wonder why the core Northern Nigeria holds the unenviable record of the highest statics in known terrible diseases of the World especially maternal mortality.
