Even, organizing tutorials for students of that institution is enough to fetch you something meaningful and upgrade your status from being a cleaner

Maybe the man doesn't know the worth of a PhD in Mathematics. Oga, resign and seek for employment in other Universities.

Fake news! Sure, that's completely false! It's highly unlikely that anyone—especially a Nigerian—would remain a cleaner after earning a BSc, let alone a PhD.

Oga, you are just wasting your time. Who PhD or degree help. You lived a mediocre life for 18 years pursuing what will still tie you down. I believe you will be telling your children to acquire PhD too so as to get high pay job, right? Rat Race mentality. Liberate yourself bro. Unless, your children's children will continue to serve the same university as a cleaner holding a PhD in different field of study. Omo gbera, fly, that is not your destination.

You will always be a cleaner in their eyes, hence won't allow compete with them. Besides, I see he wants a government job where he won't be responsible so he can have time for his farm work.

He should go to MFM Prayer City or the Headquarters of MFM (Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry) in the state where he is and undergo deliverance and engage in spiritual warfare using the Scriptures and Prayer Points he'll be given there. If this story is true, he shouldn't bother trying to talk to human beings and struggling for what he merits in the natural realm. This is a completely spiritual matter. All the satanic and witchcraft embargoes, confinement, prisons, limits placed on his Destiny will be smashed to ungatherable dust and ashes blown forever into oblivion by the WIND of The CONSUMING FIRE of GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT. Not only will his life begin to consistently go upwards and forwards but all his arrears in Destiny, all his stolen glory, blessings, promotions, progress, joy, peace, Favour, wealth, connections, friends, growth et al will surely be completely restored to him to the glory of ALMIGHTY GOD IN THE NAME OF JESUS: AMEN AMEN AMEN.

Is it compulsory that he must work in that university. The number of universities in Nigeria is more than that of UK. Most of the private universities are looking for mathematics lecturers. To lecture in universities in Nigeria doesn't requires knowing big guns. Maybe he acquired the degrees through backdoor and cannot defend them, and so didn't want to leave the university.

The man is not a serious person and should not be pitied. Did he applied to other universities and was rejected. The man is not interested in lecturing. Let him continue to suffer. I think he enjoys being seen regularly by his village people as the firsr PhD holder

Most honorable thing to do under the present circumstances. My greatest pain is the use of a man who has meritoriously served Nigeria and retired to carry on civilian activities but has now been turned to and used for thirty jobs. What a shame and how he clear his name of this mess.
