How can a person acquire certificate under three months and come and start practicing in Nigeria as a medical doctor or nurse. No wonder there are decays in all the sectors in our country. Those who are parading themselves with fake certificates should be taken to prison and enroll from there, to enable them acquire genuine certificates.</p>
