It's high time the government finds a lasting solution to the incessant grid lock on the route. This is majorly caused by the total blockage of the bridge to Apongbon. The work going on there if any, should be hurry up. The Apapa/Oyingbo that could have served as alternative to reduce the hold up is also blocked and under construction. The military men should also be cautioned against passing one way which causes grid lock for those going to caustain from Lagos Island.

When Elders who are to maintain peace begin to beat drums of war, the youths should allow them to be at the forefront! Some of us in the early 20s came to know Smart Adeyemi as NUJ President when he contested and won for his second term. That was in Lagos delegates conference, in Badagry. I vividly recall one of the phrase he used during his acceptance speech 'I thank my parents for naming me smrat. if I were not smart, my opponent would have defeated me' he said. Unfortunately, he has failed to carry his lieutenants and colleagues along his journey live. And to his future political ambition, its not too late to make amends. That's my take.
